Chihiro is considered the Super High School Level Programmer (or the Ultimate Programmer if you go by the localization). This title is given to people who are both extremely talented and the best at what they do.

Chihiro's feminine appearance is a source of concern, as Chihiro is actually male. He began crossdressing to hide his true gender and prevent bullying, finding himself to be too weak to present as a boy. He desperately wants to become stronger and reveal this secret to others.

Feel free to assume he is female or that he has disclosed himself to your character already. Generally for threads, I'll be going for the latter unless planned otherwise.

Visual.Chihiro wears a short green jacket, a thigh-length brown skirt, and knee-length black stockings. He is often likened to a kitten due to his petite, slender body and round cheeks.

Fashion. The frilly sort.

Demeanor. He is intelligent, soft-spoken, kind, and generally very earnest. His number one priority as of the moment is studying and developing Artificial Intelligence.
